U-Type Air Cooling BTMS
Our U-type air cooling BTMS is engineered to enhance heat dissipation through optimized airflow. By fine-tuning the intake and exhaust angles, as well as the gaps between cells, we achieve optimal cooling efficiency. Under conditions of a 2.5° intake angle, 2.5° exhaust angle, and equal channel gaps, our BTMS delivers the best cooling performance, ensuring uniform temperature distribution across the battery pack.
Axial Air Forced Convection
In some applications, we enhance the thermal performance of our air cooling systems by incorporating heat sinks. While this adds approximately 39% to the weight of the battery, it significantly improves heat dissipation. For applications where weight is a critical factor, our direct and indirect liquid cooling solutions offer a more balanced approach, adding only 2.95% and 7.16% to the battery weight, respectively.
Liquid Cooling BTMS
For high-performance applications, our liquid cooling BTMS provides superior thermal management. With higher thermal conductivity and heat capacity compared to air, liquid cooling ensures a more uniform temperature distribution within the battery module, meeting the cooling demands of high-rate discharge and charging. Our liquid cooling strategies include both direct and indirect cooling methods.
Direct Liquid Cooling
Our direct liquid cooling, also known as liquid immersion cooling, is ideal for applications requiring high thermal efficiency and uniform temperature distribution. By immersing the battery module in a cooling medium, we directly absorb the heat generated by the battery, simplifying system design and reducing complexity. Our cooling media are selected for their excellent chemical and physical properties, ensuring electrical insulation, non-toxicity, and environmental safety.
Hybrid Cooling Solutions
For the most demanding applications, our hybrid BTMS combines the best of both active and passive cooling technologies. By integrating phase change materials (PCMs) with forced air or liquid cooling, we achieve a balance between efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
